Reliable transportation
Pass background check
Compassionate and dependable
Negative TB Test
Experience preferred (not required)
Service Areas:
Primarily Serving Northwest Indiana Lake, LaPorte and Porter Counties (Gary, Hammond, East Chicago, Merrillville, Cedar Lake, Highland, Dyer, Schererville Valparaiso Michigan City and surrounding areas).
Certified for the State of Indiana
